Privacy Policy

This page explains what information we receive through our website and how we use it.
Information you provide
When you send a tour enquiry, we collect your name and email address, your selected sport and preferred locations, group size, and the message you provide. Phone number and travel dates are optional. Please include only information needed to discuss your tour.
How we use enquiry information
We use enquiry details to review your request, contact you about a potential tour, prepare relevant travel arrangements, and manage our communications. Enquiry details are sent to our team by email through the email delivery service configured for this website.
Information shared with service providers
We use website hosting and email delivery services to operate the site and receive enquiries. The site's weather display requests current weather for Colombo from Open-Meteo. These providers may process technical information, such as an IP address, when a request is made. We do not sell enquiry information.
Browser storage and site measurement
The site uses session storage in your browser to remember whether its opening animation has already been shown during your current session. The site also prepares limited interaction events, such as starting an enquiry or clicking WhatsApp, in a browser data layer. These events do not include the message or contact details entered in the enquiry form.
Retention and security
Enquiry messages are kept in the email systems used by our team for as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, though no online service or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can choose whether to provide optional phone and travel-date details. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have sent to us. We will handle requests in line with applicable requirements.
Children's information
Our enquiry form is intended for an adult team representative. Please do not submit sensitive personal information about children or other people in the message field unless it is necessary for us to discuss your tour.
